— Amsterdam
To some Amsterdam, is known as Venice of the North, because of its lovely canals going through the city, nice architecture and more than 1500 bridges. There is something for everyone — if you like culture and history, shopping, partying or just relaxing. Amsterdam can also be called the City of Bicycles — in fact, the 750,000 people who live in Amsterdam own over 600,000 bikes. It is not unusual that to see grandmas, business people, police officers, and hippies on bikes.
This season we travelled to Amsterdam, Holland to experience this unique place ourselves. We brought our creative team in marketing, graphic design and photographers and we gave ourselves 48 hours to explore the city.
Our experience took us everywhere — cultural sights, restaurants, street corners and coffee shops. While even though Amsterdam seems to be city in a rush, at the same time we were overwhelmed by the relaxing atmosphere, surrounded by relaxed and happy people with such great diversity.
Two days in beautiful spring weather, in an amazing city — what's not to love?
Did we find what we came for? Yes, we did.
This is the documentation of our two days in Amsterdam.
Enjoy.
